Rentals
We include unlimited tables, choice of chairs, choice of linens, a tableware package, centerpieces and other items (see itemized list).

Customized Set Up
We set up all the tables, chairs, linens and pre-set all required tableware according to a customized layout we work out with you before the event.

Site Manager
To ensure a successful event, a Site Manager will be at your event from the beginning of set up to the end of tear down to assist with last minute changes, facility-related issues as well as client and vendor needs.

Unlimited Event Planning
You may call our office 7 days a week to ask questions and get advice on anything you need.

Privacy
We guarantee complete privacy and exclusive use of the building and its grounds during your event time.

Choice of Catering
We allow you to hire any caterer, or cater the event yourself with the assistance of our professional and insured wait staff and bartenders (see upgrade list for rates).

Ability to bring in your Alcohol
We allow you the flexibility to purchase alcohol directly from a liquor store. This will typically save you between $10-20 per person. In many cases the alcohol savings alone can pay for our facility!

Booking & Payments

Penciling In
For first-right-of-refusal, you may pencil in a date(s) for 10 days without a contract or booking fee. If you do not contact us after 10 days, we will call you for an update. If you do not respond after two calls, we will remove your name from the date(s). You may extend your 10 day pencil in up to 3 times (30 days total) prior to making your final decision. If, during your pencil in period another client wishes to book, you will be given 24 hours to make your final decision.

Booking
To book a date, just call our office and we will send you a contract package. Sign and return your contract with a $500 booking fee ($1000 for all day) to lock in your date. Your booking fee will be returned 1-6 weeks after your event plus or minus any last minute changes, i.e. overtime.

Payments
The base facility fee (in addition to the booking fee) is due six months prior to your event (less for short notice events). Optional upgrades, added guest charges, added hours, ceremony fees, wait staff services and sales taxes are due two weeks prior to the event. Accepted forms of payment include: checks, money orders, cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Walk-Through Meeting
About 4 weeks before your event a 1 to 2 hour meeting will be held in our offices with you, your caterer and a Lionsgate representative. During this meeting, we will go over all the details regarding the building & grounds layouts, linen colors, time-line, ceremony music, etc. You will receive copies of all diagrams, notes and time-lines along with a breakdown of any options and upgrades you have chosen.

Rehearsals
Rehearsals are scheduled around existing events. Lionsgate reserves the right to reschedule a rehearsal in order to accommodate another event. Your rehearsal time will be scheduled during your walk through meeting.

Finalizing Numbers
A few days prior to your event your final guest count and any other last minute changes may be made. At the time of your walk-through we will give you the actual date we need this final number.

Cancellations
If a contract is cancelled more than 12 months prior to the event date, 50% of the booking fee will be refunded. If cancelled between 6-12 months, the entire booking fee is non-refundable. If cancelled less than 6 months, the entire booking fee and facility fee are non-refundable. If the same date & time are rebooked by another client, that portion of the facility fee paid by the new client will be refunded, however, the booking fee remains non-refundable.

Event Times without a Ceremony:

$3.00 per person ($300 minimum) in addition to above Base Facility Fees

Includes choice of ceremony locations (outside garden pavilion or inside) additional 1/2 hour event time (see schedule below), additional ceremony chairs (white armed resin outside), customized set-up, 1 hour rehearsal, ceremony music (from Lionsgate's large library of music), customized CD with prelude and ceremony music (for you to keep), both wired and wireless microphones, and rehearsal/ceremony coordination (queuing bridal party, play music and control microphones).

Miscellaneous

Holiday Pricing
Sunday of Memorial & Labor Day is priced at Saturday's rate. Monday of Memorial & Labor Day is priced at Sunday's rate. New Year's Eve is always priced at Saturday's rate. The 4th of July is always priced at Sunday's rate (unless it falls on a Friday or Saturday, then regular rates apply).

Additional Hours:
$50 per one hour of "set-up" time
$125 per half hour of "event" time

Afternoon Events:
Hours may only be added before the contracted time.
Hours added after the contracted time are only available if an evening event is not scheduled.

Evening Events:
Evening events on Saturdays and Sundays may not begin before the contracted time, however, additional hours after the contracted time are available without prior notice.

Changes to Event Hours

Saturday & Sunday Events:
Evening events may change hours to begin later but may not change to begin earlier. Afternoon events may change hours to begin earlier but may not change hours to begin later. Hours may only be changed with prior approval.

Monday thru Thursday Events:
All hours may be changed with prior approval

Additional Guests:
Add $9 per person for each guest over 75
Includes additional tables, chairs, linens, tableware and house usage for each additional guest. (Charges are based on the final number the client provides for set up, not the actual number in attendance.)

If some of the items above are not required, added guest charges will be as follows:
